my sickness

Its been a while scence ive updated. Im alive!

Ive been haven issues w my stomach again,,and going.back on a gluten free diet again,
I know they say i have crones instead of celica. .. but hay if it helps the pain that is what matter.
I wish i could find a dr who cares..,
Let alone insurance i can afford.
Atm im.detoxing my body from all meds. Its really a pain...and makes me moody also.

I feel like i have tons of health issues and.no answers forthem.
I hate waking up daily and not feeling well.

And these issues have been going on my whole life.


From 6 yrs old they told my mom its this stomach flu or this one...
After many drs it was she has an ulcer.
I couldnt gain weight well tell i was 13.
Hell i was wearing 3 t clothes in first grade.

I have been tested positive for hp bacteria in my stomach 4 times.

When igot preg my body really stop processong food. And then they said i had celica diease...
I gained alot of weight.
After my son ihad issues to lose.
But in 2012 things got worse... the meds, the test, the hospital.
I gained 60 lbs...
Of which im still struggling tolose.
And even.w work outs and eattong right i havent been able to.
They also changed it to.i have crones and.ibs.
Sighs.. sighs...
Im just tired of it!

If.nothing else maybe one day i willheal myself. Ol

Beyound that... i have scoliosis in my back,..and those bones are breaking down.. as we found out when i was 16.

And at 15 i started haven. Seziors.
I have beenflowen to st louis childerens hospital at 17 for a passmaker over my seziors. But luckly didnt have to get one.
My last hospital vist stay was dec 2011 for 3 days due to 2 seziors and a heart rate of 156 that theu still couldntget down after 7 bags of iv fluids.

Ive also have taken antidepressent scence o was 14 due to family genes.

I always feel crazy wheno have to explain.why idont feel well to anyone.
And even drs... bc i just feel crazy any.more.

Can i just feel well ?!!?

This just proves you cant judge a book by its  cover.
You never know what one person struggles may be.
And as the person i was isnt the person.i am todayandi try hard to be a better person to.ppl and not.judge bc i.have no clue what their daily struggles or what things they are going theou.
I have first my son to thank for makong me a better person.
Followed by my faith, Buddhism.

And im up bc my lil man has a belly ache. But we are laying on.the couch watching disney movies. Hes dozen on.and off.

Derby skills test...

yeasterday i had to take my derby skills test..
and i was sick... booo!
this went over all our basic stuff.. from falls, hits, whips, skatting itself, jumps, etc
and we had to do our 25 laps also timed.

so my 90 days are up april 4th..

so at the end of this i find out i have to redo 4 things by april 4th to pass... but on everything else i passed!!!
so im very proud of myself!!!
only 4 things!!!
this is big, esp from were i started in jan.


andddd
friday i did 25 laps in 6 mins and 40 secs..
and yeasterday monday i did the 25 laps in 6 mins and 04 secs!
this is improvement!!!
this is only the 3rd time us fresh meat got to do the 25laps.. and my first time was 10 mins... so big improvement.

also the training committe said they have no doubt ill be able to pass the 4 things by my 90 days.
so yay!


im also proud of all us meaties yeasterday!
great job ladies.

but i wanted to share my good news with everyone!

Joshs birthday cupcakes! *Guinness chocalate cupcakes!*

These were soooo good!
So im going to share it with you!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
-1 (12 ounce) bottle guinness stout
-1/2 cup evaporated milk
-1/2 cup vegatable oil
-1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
-3 large eggs
-3/4 cup sour cream
-3.4 cup unsweetened coca powder
-1 cup granulated sugar
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F
 
-Mix stout,milk,oil and vaniella
beat in one egg at a time
then whisk in sour cream
-In another bowl whisk coca powder, baking soda, sugar and flour
-Then slowly mix the dry mixture into the stout mixture
 
-then put them over in your cupcake pan to cook
THIS MAKES 24 CUPCAKES!
 
BAKE FOR 25 MINS!
 
 
I didnt make homemade icing thou bc we found some mocha icing at the store prior and thought it would taste great and it did!!!
i also think butter cream would go good with this.. or cream cheese icing
 
ENJOY!

i got to take one yr pics of baby isabella which i have seen grown from a baby to now! were did the yr go!?!
i also got to take one yr pics of her cuz.. which they are only 5 days apart..

working out..... and foodage.... and derby...

Ive put on hella amount of weight in 2012
and i want it off NOW!
but its going to be a long road with me esp w my health issues.
but i have been trying to eat better
and i also have been trying to do more exersies not only for my health but for Derby!
its always good to have a reason other than to lose weight to work out ... esp when you arent losen any!

so i will start doing recaps on here of my work outs.. i will update 1 to 3 times a week on what ive done weekly so far...

this week
Monday >derby practice itself
chicken noodle soup for dinner
Tue> 1 hr work out which was kettle bell and arobices
meatless night!: spinach and cheese pasta with mixed veggies and biscuits for dinner
Wed> 30 mins arobices, 15 to 20 mins kettle bell  (i also did a lil jogging.. but not enough to probley count for crap.. i think 10 to 15 mins)
tamlaes, corn and spanish rice for dinner
Thur> 20 mins arobices and 15 mins kettle bell ... hopefully i will get more in tonight also w my hubby.
dinner.. im prudy sure its going to be a meatless night again.


I NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!




So soon i will be taking my skill 1 test for derby.
O.M.G im super nerves on the 25 laps in 5 mins or less.. esp scence im slow when it comes to alot of laps... and my cross overs still suffering...
but i got my fingers crossed and i will try my best that day when i take it!
and hopefully ill do better than what i think in my head..
and if i dont do well... live and learn and try again

so anyone have any good exersies to make my stomach smaller... bc of the extar weight ive gained also oh lordy its fat and most of my clothes dont fit bc of it.. BOO!

2013 resoultions ---keep on tract... or trying

so some people think oh i didnt stick to my resoultions in jan.. i miswell give up ... WRONG!
no one expects you to do it all in 31 days.. so get over it, and stick to it..!
here is my list i made and what i have or havent done wrote beside it in ( )

-Derby (i joined fresh meat come jan 2013 and so far i am loving it!!! i still got a long ways to come.. but everything takes time :). i have some awsome people who give me great advice and help!)

-lose weight (this so far is still a fail.. it shows i might have lost 2 lbs.. but then a few days later it dont.. so who really knows.. i am exersising more... so thats a plus already)

-eat better meals and use juicer more (some wks are better than others!)

-school in aug... (well it says Aug.. so yeah.. but i have taken my 2 test i needed to take to enroll for school.. i did enroll and pay my depoist to save my seat in class.. now im on a waitting list. now to wait tell may or june w the teacher does interview to pick the 4 to 5 adults that gets into class.. figures crossed!
i also went throu and did everything i need to to get jude into headstart.. and if so headstart dont start tell sept so i have a baby sitter set up to watch jude also... so now to wait tell july to see if he gets in. figures crossed!)

-read more to jude (this is working great!!! we go to the libary often as well as read throu his books.. as well as buying new books for his collect!)

-better sleep habbits (getting much better at least 4 to 5 outta the 7 nights.)

-read and learn more about my faith
and read more books
(the first one i do almost every day... the read more books i have started one book just havent made it very far yet.. but hay its a start)

-family vacation (i have picked out a date for a small one to st louis.. hopefully we have the $ to make it happen. it will just be a 2 day one.. but hay its a get away and it will make me just as happy as 5 days! id honestly raither take small ones to close areas for 2 days at time than a long get away far away at the moment) <(this one is so going to happen it looks like! still have my fingers crossed it all goes well and we can!)

-make survival kit (i keep adding to the surival kit!)

-Mac-and-cheese-style Cauliflower
-Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

theser are the ones that are top on my list to try to add with meatless nights!
